Available positions

Irrigation service technician

Missouri Backflow Certification, and St. Louis County Backflow Certification is needed but not required as we can get proper certification for the right candidates for this plumbing job. Must be hard working, self-motivated person that can perform maintenance on irrigation and outdoor lighting systems, involving all aspects of general repair and troubleshooting.

  • Backflow Testing Certification is a DEFINITE PLUS.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record are required.
  • Class E license, or the ability to require one is required.
  • Must be able to perform physical labor for prolonged periods of time in extreme cold or heat.-Weekend availability as needed to complete services on schedule.
  • Ability to drive and back a trailer efficiently and safely.
  • Mechanical & modern technology aptitude-Customer Service abilities
  •  Effectively communicate with clients schedule changes, inform of service performed and collected payment upon completion of each service each day in person or by phone.
  • Some weekends are required on an alternating schedule during the busy season.

Landscaping Foreman & Laborers Needed

Position Overview: The landscaping foreman/laborer is an experienced landscape laborer with a profound attitude and skill set, supervising crews on lawn care jobs and tree trimming jobs. Laborers are also needed for landscaping installs and lawn care jobs. The positions work as a member of the team and takes pride in his/her work, whether it’s a lawn care job or a tree trimming job, as well as having professional demeanor and appearance.

Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Must be able to operate a variety of equipment with manual transmissions and has a working knowledge of horticultural practices.
  2. Must be 21 years or older.
  3. Must have at least 2 years or more of experience in lawn care jobs or tree trimming jobs.
  4. Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, class E chauffeur’s.
  5. Must know how to pull a trailer.
  6. Must have accomplished verbal and written communication skills and be capable of taking direction positively.
  7. Physical demands: required to stand, walk, crouch, stoop or kneel, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear during lawn care jobs. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 80 pounds for tree trimming jobs. May be regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and outside weather (heat or cold).

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Requires a high school degree or GED, plus 2 years experience in the landscaping field.
  • Candidate must be able to read and write legibly.-Strong oral and written communication skills, math skills, job planning skills and mechanical aptitude are a must.
  • Certifications: Class E chauffeur’s—required, ICPI certification would be a plus, NCMA Certified SRW installer would be a plus.

The irrigation / drainage / lighting laborer

Position Overview: The irrigation/drainage/lighting laborer has a profound attitude and skill set, working with minimal supervision. The position works as a member of the team and takes pride in his/her work as well as having professional demeanor and appearance. Experience preferred, but will train the right candidates.

Essential Requirements: 

  1. Must be able to operate a variety of equipment with manual transmissions.
  2. Must be 18 years or older.
  3. Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, class E chauffeur’s.
  4. Must know how to pull a trailer.
  5. Must have accomplished verbal and written communication skills and be capable of taking direction positively.
